As 2019 begins to unfold itself, our schedule and to-do-lists take over our precious time keeping us busy. The New Year, amongst other things, puts the focus on the annual budgets and business plan that was put in place towards the end of the last year. This budget ‘map’ will generally determine the way the rest of the year will turn out. Our hopes rest on the positive conditions prevailing in the market, pushing away the looming fear of a gentle global economic slowdown. New customers and new challenges will further energize our efforts to expand and add new services to our existing repertoire.

Todd Skinner travelled to India & met with Arvind Rao at the August Consulting offices in Mumbai. They visited the famous Elephanta Caves, and during this time had the opportunity to better understand each other, and explore opportunities for collaboration.

We are glad to announce the Star Performers of August Consulting for the year ended March 31, 2017. Amit Acharekar joined our Compensation & Benefits team in July 2014 and through his sheer hard work and determination quickly became an inseparable part of this team. The year 2016-17 was a very challenging one and Amit managed to overcome all of them, ensuring reliable client servicing. He has been awarded the Excellence Award.
Nikita Chauhan, a part of our Accounting and Finance team, joined us in October 2015. Using her knowledge of accounting and taxation to provide superior client services, she has gained a reputation as a dependable and trustworthy member of the team. Nikita is therefore the Employee of the Year.
