Arvind Rao

Arvind Rao is August Consulting’s Director and Chief Executive Officer. He has strong strategic and tactical management skills and combines them with a passion to develop services that make a positive difference to Clients.

Prior to founding August Consulting, Arvind was heading Corporate Services in Ernst & Young, Mumbai. He has brought together several years of experience in industries as diverse as pharmaceuticals, dyes, advanced plastics, telecommunications and consulting. Arvind has also travelled extensively and his experience of working in Europe gives him an edge.

In addition to his rich private-sector experience, Arvind worked in public accounting for Deloitte & Touche in Mumbai. Arvind's experience there included audits of public and private companies, banks, trusts and government agencies entities.Arvind graduated from the University of Mumbai in 1982 and, holds a Degree in Commerce. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His excellent people management skills helps the Company retain its skilled staff over the years.

Priti Khambhayta

Priti Khambhayta is a senior member of the management team and serves as the Vice President – Operations. Prior to August Consulting, Priti was a part of the Corporate Services team in Ernst & Young, Mumbai and was involved in client servicing. During her tenure in Ernst & Young, she was involved with the building of several key client relationships that are strong to this day. She has several years of financial accounting experience in varied industries.

Priti holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. She is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and, a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Priti exudes a certain confidence, which assures one of the certainties of success in whatever assignments the Company is involved in and is very exacting in her disposition.

Aditi Chakraborty

Aditi Chakraborty has been with August Consulting from its inception and has looked after the Corporate Compliances’ and Accounting services. With her exposure to the complexities of the corporate regulations in India, she has the ability to effectively take clients through the maze and, make a quick start. Prior to August Consulting, Aditi was a part of the Corporate Services team in Ernst & Young, Mumbai. Aditi holds a Bachelor in Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. She is also a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and, a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

C. V. Krishnan

All round commercial experience gathered over several years in pharmaceutical, chemical and automotive industries makes C. V. Krishnan an important player in the core team of August Consulting. Prior to August Consulting, Krishnan was in charge of accounting and finance in Turin Auto – an Italian company in the Indian automotive sector. Earlier, he was also a part of the Corporate Services team in Ernst & Young, Mumbai. Krishnan holds a Bachelor in Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.

Neelam Rangwala

Neelam Rangwala is the newest member of the management team. Prior to joining August Consulting, she has had significant training with a well known practising Company Secretary in India. She is now involved with the building of key client relationships and providing advice to clients ranging from Corporate Law to Reserve Bank of India matters and has had a wide exposure to several industry verticals.

Neelam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai, is a Chartered Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and also holds a degree in Law from the University of Mumbai. Along with her team she is committed to providing clients with the right advice and guidance

Jagruti Mehta

Jagruti Mehta has been with August Consulting since 2006 and has always been involved in the Compensation and Benefits Services. She holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and has sharpened her skills over the years handling payroll activities for our clients. Jagruti heads the Payroll team and is looking after all matters relating to compensation, statutory benefits and related taxation.

In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading and actively participates in religious studies and interpretation.
